Rumi means “stone” in Quechua, like the ones that accompany every step through Jujuy’s ancient ravines. This distance is the next step up: a course where the terrain begins to demand more, your legs discover new sensations, and the mountains invite you to go a little farther.

The adventure begins along the Camino de los Colorados before heading into a picturesque valley in Jujuy. Then comes the big challenge: a 700-meter positive elevation climb to Mirador El Paso that will test your endurance and reward you with some of the most extraordinary views of the course. After that, a dynamic descent will take you back towards Purmamarca, where you will complete the loop around Cerro 7 Colores and cross the finish line at the “World’s Most Beautiful Field,” 2,300 meters above sea level.
